Because each piece is made to order, we are not able to accept returns if the ring doesn’t fit the finger or you change your mind, so make sure you order the correct size (see advice in story or ask via DM for a mini appointment to measure your finger size).
All pieces can be repaired at any time.
All Desmit jewels benefit from a 6 month warranty for the repair of hidden flaws and removal of black tarnish you don’t manage to get rid off following our cleaning advices. But, don’t worry, the extra rhodium coating should retain its luster and guarantee a longlasting quality.
Unfortunately, all damages related to a too wild behaviour, such as deformation and scratches, can be repaired by us, but will have to be at your own expenses.
Pricing will be exactly to the price of our craftman for the 1st repair, because we all experienced waking up from a good party and regretting having damaged its ring... ;) Further repairs will be charged with an extra 15% for the service.
